Dickson signed a minor-league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals of MLB on Thursday, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Dickson spent the last eight seasons with the Buffaloes and had a 49-58 record with a 3.32 ERA. He appeared in 39 games last year and posted a 3.28 ERA and 1.40 WHIP in 35.2 innings. The 36-year-old spent time with the Cardinals in 2011 and 2012 and will report to Triple-A Memphis going forward.
