Zeferino announced Monday via his personal Twitter account that he would withdraw from his fight Saturday against Bojan Velickovic in the Pro Fight League playoffs due to a knee injury.
ANALYSIS
The extent of Zeferino's knee injury isn't fully known, but it will temporarily spell an end to the 32-year-old's recent surge after he won two fights in the last six weeks. More news regarding The Brazilian Samurai's next scheduled fight should come once he's well removed from the knee issue.

Puts Paul Bradley on skates and finishes at PFL 3
WelterweightPFL
July 5, 2018
Zeferino defeated Paul Bradley via KO (punches) at 1:58 of Round 1 at PFL 3 on Thursday in Washington, DC.
ANALYSIS
Zeferino puts the lights out in this one. It took him a bit to find his range, but when he did, he connected with a hard hook that stunned Bradley. Zeferino pressed forward with a rapid fire combination. Bradley was out on his feet, and the referee stopped the bout. The finish will remind some of Phil Baroni over Dave Menne. This was a very impressive performance from Zeferino.
