Daniel Crawford
Looks like an underdog
December 15, 2018
Crawford lost to AJ McKee via submission (anaconda choke) at 3:19 of Round 1 at Bellator 212 on Friday in Honolulu.
Crawford was in a tough spot here. He clearly is not on McKee's level, and it showed early in this fight. McKee was able to score a takedown in the first round. On the floor, Crawford tried to escape, but his efforts left him stuck in an anaconda choke. He joined Bellator earlier this year, but he has now dropped both of his fights and might be on the way out of the promotion.

Drops close decision at Bellator 200
May 25, 2018
Crawford lost to Pedro Carvalho via split decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28) at Bellator 200 on Friday in London.
Crawford signed with Bellator after putting together a four-fight winning streak including victories over veterans Damien Lapilus and Ronnie Mann. He appeared to implement his wrestling game in this fight. However, Carvalho continually did well with scrambles and took the fight on the scorecards. Crawford showed that he belongs in the company, but it can be hard to standout in the Bellator featherweight division.
