Back-to-back AHL seasons of 25-plus-points from Rodewald renders him a significant blip on the Senators' radar. Whether he can step up at the NHL level, however, remains to be seen. Rodewald didn't score in four games with Ottawa last season, and odds are that more touted prospects will begin the year above him in the pecking order for ice time in the NHL. The Alberta native still has time to develop at 24 years old, so it's unlikely the Senators will rush him. If that's it unfolds, he won't be useful for your fantasy team this season.
