No more LIV starts expected in 2024

Canter will be hoping to play in some DP World Tour events in 2024 after completing his two events as a LIV Golf Wildcard, Joshua Lees of Mirror reports.

ANALYSIS
Anthony Kim was signed by LIV Golf to compete as one of two Wildcards on LIV Golf for the remainder of the 2024 season alongside Hudson Swafford. Canter played as a Wildcard for the first two events of the season after competing on LIV in both 2022 and 2023 before just missing out on earning his 2024 card via LIV Golf Promotions in December. Canter has cleared some of the hefty fines that are handed out by the DP World Tour to card holders who continue to play in the breakaway league. Despite not earning full status for 2024 based on his Race to Dubai ranking from the previous season, Canter got off to a great start this season after getting starts in Australia and Mauritius going T4 and solo second. Canter is 16th in the Race to Dubai standings and is hopeful to get some more starts down the road. Whether he tries to focus on earning full status on the DP World Tour in 2025 or tries to get back with LIV next year remains to be seen.
