Entering the NFL as a third-round draft choice out of Georgia, Carter had an encouraging rookie campaign in 2018. The 6-foot-5 linebacker made 15 appearances -- starting twice over the latter half of the year -- and recorded 30 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 10 QB hits and four sacks.
