Much better as leading receiver
January 4, 2024
Faison caught 5 of 6 targets for 115 yards and one touchdown during Friday's 40-8 victory against Oregon State.
ANALYSIS
Faison led the Fighting Irish during their last regular-season game of 2023. He did so again during the 2023 Sun Bowl but with stats more indicative of a leading receiver. The bowl marked his first game with more than 100 yards, and he extended his touchdown streak to three games. Perhaps both are indicative of what is to come from Faison during 2024, especially after the Fighting Irish lost a lot of their 2023 receiver corps.
