A native of Miami, Gomez will be moving back to his home state of Florida to complete his eligibility after a four-year stint with Temple. The 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive lineman appeared in 12 games for the Owls in 2019, but he didn't play in 2020. He should be able to compete right away for the Golden Panthers.
