Thrasher has left the Coastal Carolina program and will join East Tennessee State as a graduate transfer for his final season of eligibility, the Johnson City Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Thrasher, a three-star recruit coming out of high school, redshirted as a true freshman in 2015 and saw limited action over the subsequent three seasons with the Chanticleers. He wrapped up his time at Coastal Carolina with 69 passing yards and 42 rushing yards. The signal-caller will presumably be given the opportunity to compete for the starting job at ETSU, an FCS program.
