Williams will work with the first-team offense as an outside receiver, John Walters of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
A converted linebacker, Williams enters the fold as a rangy target opposite Ricky Smalling with a chance to break camp as a starter. There's little track record to go on with Williams, but that's the case with most of Illinois' skill position players. With that, Williams has as good a chance as any to be a contributor in the Illini passing game in 2018. However, Illinois' quarterback play will need to improve drastically before Williams makes a dent in the fantasy landscape.
