Out after wrist surgery
WRArkansas
Wrist
April 7, 2019
Woods has been out the last couple of weeks due to a wrist surgery, Scottie Bordelon of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette reports.
ANALYSIS
Woods is in line for a big boost in production in 2019 with La'Michael Pettway gone as a graduate transfer, but he hasn't been able to get in many reps during the spring after undergoing wrist surgery. He sat out Saturday's spring game, which allowed Koilan Jackson and Trey Knox to impress in his wake, but he'll still be the favorite to feature as the main receiver once the season starts in the fall. Once he's able to heal completely over the summer, he should be back in fall camp and able to build a repertoire with new quarterbacks Nick Starkel and Ben Hicks.
