Ends playing career
Wallace (knee) is no longer a member of the Oklahoma State football team after announcing his retirement Friday via his personal Twitter account, Scott Wright of The Oklahoman reports.
ANALYSIS
The brother of the Cowboys' star receiver, Tylan Wallace, Tracin underwent surgery nine months ago to address a torn ACL, the fourth knee procedure he's required since his junior year of college. With his rehab from the latest surgery apparently not going as planned, Wallace opted to step away from the game. A quarterback recruit from the 2017 class, Wallace redshirted as a true freshman before switching to receiver in 2018 and catching one pass in two games. He still plans to be a part of the program in some non-playing capacity while he pursues his degree.
