Scrimmages Monday
TEMiami
July 29, 2019
Polendey (knee) took part in the scrimmage portion of Monday's practice, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Polendey's presence at training camp without any apparent restrictions suggests he's moved past the knee issue that ended his 2018 campaign prematurely and limited his reps during the spring. The 6-foot-6, 245-pound tight end functions mainly as a blocker for Miami and could see less action in 2019 now that Michael Irvin Jr. is in the fold after missing the entire past season with a knee injury.
