Returns in fall
September 11, 2018
Rigg (spleen) has returned to the field following an injury in the spring, Jennifer Smith of the Lexington Herald Leader reports.
ANALYSIS
Rigg has had a run of bad luck regarding freak injuries, but he appears to be healthy for the 2018 campaign. He doesn't appear to be heavily involved in the Wildcats' offensive plans, however, so it's safe to avoid him in terms of fantasy.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
Rigg has battled injuries in his brief collegiate career, but has also had to deal with the presence of Kentucky "legend" C.J. Conrad ahead of him on the depth chart at tight end. With Conrad now in the NFL, Rigg could get his chance to shine, as long as he can stay healthy. Rigg has just seven catches for 85 yards in his two seasons with the Wildcats, but has great size at 6-foot-6, 260-lbs. Redshirt freshman Keaton Upshaw could also figure into the mix, as Kentucky attempts to replace Conrad's 29 receptions from a season ago, which was second on the team.
