Limited to two catches
November 24, 2019
Medaris had two catches for 19 yards on five targets in Saturday's 15-13 win over Temple.
ANALYSIS
Cincinnati has struggled over the last two weeks in the passing game with quarterback Desmond Ridder seemingly battling an injury, which has limited the Bearcats' receivers. After having no catches in Week 12, Medaris was one of four players with two catches against the Owls as his 19 yards also led the team. Unless the quarterback is completely healthy next week against Memphis, the Bearcats' receivers will be a hard choice to justify playing.

2019 Fantasy Outlook
Medaris was the Bearcats' second wide receiver in 2018, although you wouldn't know it by looking at his 26 catches for 472 yards throughout the year. Now with defenses focusing more of their attention on him without worrying about the departed Kahlil Lewis, and Medaris will have an uphill battle to increased production even if the offense is depending on him. He'll luckily have Josh Deguara at tight end and Michael Warren rushing the ball to keep the center of the field occupied, leaving him one-on-one and always one good move away from breaking apart from the defense.
