Coleman will forego his final year of eligibility and declare for the NFL Draft, ESPN's Joe Schad reports.
ANALYSIS
Coleman had arguably the best year of any running back in the country not named Melvin Gordon. The junior broke 2,000 rushing yards, one of only 18 players in FBS history to do so, and averaged 7.5 yards per carry in an offense that had no other options. He figures to go in the second round, thanks to his explosiveness combined with good size (6-1, 210 pounds).

If not for a season-ending ankle injury in his ninth game last year, Coleman (6-1, 205) likely would have finished 2013 with incredible numbers. He rushed for 958 yards (7.3 YPC) and 12 touchdowns, adding 19 catches for 193 yards, and scored at least one touchdown in every game. He likely will see even more carries this year, as backup running back Stephen Houston graduated. Indiana returns its entire starting offensive line, so Coleman should once again be a high-upside play.
