Will enter 2018 NFL Draft
January 7, 2018
McCloud will forgo his final year of eligibility and enter the 2018 NFL Draft, the Greenville News reports.
ANALYSIS
McCloud didn't have the final performance he was looking for, as he was held to just three catches for one yard in the semifinal playoff game against Alabama. However, for the year, McCloud pulled in 49 receptions for 503 yards and one touchdown. McCloud lacks the height (5-foot-10) of a prototypical NFL wide receiver, but adds some versatility with his special teams potential as a returner, which could get him drafted in the second half of the draft.
