Malik Dear

Dear redshirted in 2017 after tearing his ACL during spring practice, but he's in line for a key role within the offense, after nabbing 22 and 23 receptions during his first two seasons with the Bulldogs, respectively. He'll likely battle for targets with Jesse Jackson and Gabe Myles, both of whom have experience with quarterback Nick Fitzgerald. A scheme change under head coach Joe Moorhead figures to lead to a more wide-open passing game, but Fitzgerald has been a low-efficiency quarterback in his two years under center. With that, there may some wrinkles to iron out before the offense clicks, and that means a slow start could be in store for Dear.
