Nichols suffered a shoulder injury last season that caused him to miss the remainder of the 2021 campaign, and it appears the veteran is calling it a career after nine seasons in the CFL. In 120 career games, the Eastern Washington product threw for 18,907 yards and 108 touchdowns.
