Gholizadeh joined the starting lineup for Chicago State toward the end of the past season and finished out the last 10 games with averages of 9.5 points and 2.4 rebounds over 28.8 minutes per contest. Assuming he elects to move on from Chicago State and joins another Division I school, Gholizadeh would have to sit out the 2020-21 season before debuting at his next school in 2021-22 with three years of eligibility remaining.
