Ali did not score a point on 0-for-5 shooting across only 13 minutes in Wednesday's overtime victory over California.
Ali has been a roller coaster from a fantasy standpoint in 2018-19, similar to how the UCLA season has been shaping up. He averaged 13.3 points over the first nine conference games, reaching double figures in eight of them. Since then, he's scored a combined four points in three games, which has included losses to Colorado and Utah. The fact Ali couldn't record a productive fantasy outing against a defense that sits outside the top-300 is a bit concerning, especially considering the game went to overtime. He'll look to bounce back Saturday at Stanford.
