March 6, 2022
Davis returned to the lineup Saturday, going scoreless (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) while racking up five assists, three rebounds and two steals over 27 minutes in the 78-67 win over Oregon State.
ANALYSIS
The point guard was back in the lineup Saturday after missing Thursday's 78-67 win over Oregon while nursing a shoulder issue, notching five assists for the second time in his last three contests. Davis has struggled to stay on the court recently, only appearing in three out of the team's last nine games. Washington will benefit greatly if he can stay healthy heading into the upcoming Pac-12 tournament as he ranks second on the team in both assists and steals, averaging 2.9 and 2.0 a game respectively.
