DFS Amateur Hour - Tuesday Lineups

I had hoped to have time to talk about my vacation in this space (maybe in the "post-script" when lineup-lock isn't squeezing me.) In any event, my two-weeks off left me a little rusty - it took longer than usual to set my lineups, and I'm questioning some of the choices now that they're set. I also set fewer than usual - only six - to ease back into things and also because the $10 tournament filled after I had only set one and the big $5 Rally filled before I even sat down. So most of my entries are in a smaller $5 Rally with a top prize of only $1,000.

All told, I set four $5 ones, one $10 one and a $25 heads-up tournament against al_smizzle, aka Al Zeidenfeld, one of the the DFS pros I know a little bit. While it's probably not good for my bankroll, I plan take on a few of the better-known players to test myself and liven things up.

This was a tough pitching slate - too many good choices, but an easier hitting one (just the right amount.) I have two Lirianos, two Scherzers and one Kluber and Brett Anderson lineup each. I especially like the Mariners righties against lefty Kyle Ryan, and White Sox righties against lefty Felix Doubront. Not only are they good matchups, but they're cheap enough to surround with top pitchers and other expensive bats.
