Thursday NFL Training Camp Notes

Adrian Peterson will be a game-time decision for Week 1. Those who bought into his super-human healing abilities earlier this summer apparently will have to sweat it out until game time. Luckily, the Vikings play in an early game.

Sam Bradford threw for a bunch of yards and touchdowns in the first half against the Ravens backups. The numbers don't matter, but at least Bradford seems healthy heading into the season.

Jonathan Dwyer had 13 carries for 63 yards against the Panthers. With Isaac Redman nicked up, Dwyer could have a meaningful role early on.

Andy Dalton took a hit to the arm and is dealing with minor numbness. Probably nothing to see here, but we'll know for sure in the coming days.

Kenny Britt was suspended for only one game. Britt's highly injury prone, but when healthy, he's shown flashes of being an elite receiver. Bump him up and Jake Locker along with him.

Ryan Mathews is likely to miss the start of the season. Ronnie Brown looks like Mathews' top backup and could be a useful fill-in against the Raiders.
