Cotto-Pacquiao Scheduled for the Fall

It looks like this fight between Miguel Cotto and Manny Pacquiao is happening.

Originally, I would have picked Cotto to knock him around, but after what Pacquiao did to Ricky Hatton, I'm no longer so sure. It seems like Pacquiao's quicker, but Cotto hits harder and could wear him down with body blows. Remember that Cotto hasn't really ever lost except for a fight where Antonio Margarito had some kind of hardened plaster substance in his gloves.

You have to imagine the winner of Juan Manual Marquez and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. would eventually fight the winner of Cotto-Pacquiao in a huge bout early in 2010 - especially if both winners, particularly Pacquiao and Mayweather, won by knockout.
