Scott Downs Update

Perfect inning, plus a strikeout, in tonight's 3-2 loss to the Yankees. Downs' updated line for the season:

17.1 IP, 13 H, 1 BB, 1 HR, 21 K

There are many reasons that the Jays own the best record in the AL. Their bullpen, and especially Scott Downs, is one of the biggest.

And yes, there may be lots more Scott Downs fawning before this season's done.
