The Seahawks acquired Howell and 2024 fourth-round and sixth-round draft picks from the Commanders on Thursday in exchange for 2024 third- and fifth-round picks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

With Howell no longer in the mix, Washington will likely use the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 Draft on a new franchise quarterback.
