Signing with Dallas
Sidelined with calf injury
Ramping up conditioning
Doncic is working on his conditioning in his native Slovenia with his trainer, Jure Drasklar, Callie Caplan of The Dallas Morning News reports. "He is not in the best shape, which is normal," Drasklar said. "NBA games will not be played before the end of July, so there is enough time to help him recover and get ready. ... However, he undoubtedly would be ready to play right now."
Ruled out for 2019-20 return
Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said last week that Brunson (shoulder) will join the team in Orlando in late July for the restart of the season but won't play in games, Mavericks radio play-by-play broadcaster Chuck Cooperstein reports.
Seven weeks into 4-to-6 month rehab
Should be healthy for camp
Done for season
Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle confirmed that Brunson won't return this season after undergoing right shoulder surgery earlier Friday, Mike Peasley of the Dallas Mavericks Radio Network reports.
