Reddish, a first-round pick out of Duke, appeared in 48 games for the Hawks prior to the All-Star break, starting 31 times. In his 17 appearances off the bench, Reddish averaged 10.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 25.2 minutes, while he posted averages of 8.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.3 steals in 26.4 minutes as a starter. Reddish broke the 20-point mark four times during the first half, including a then-career-high 25 points on 10-of-17 shooting in a Dec. 4 loss to the Nets. The rookie enjoyed one of his best all-around performances in a Jan. 17 win over the Spurs, tallying 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting while adding five rebounds, four assists, four steals and one block in 36 minutes. He missed a few games in November due to a wrist injury, and another four games at the beginning of February due to a concussion, though he was able to return for Atlanta's final two games prior to the All-Star break. After the break, Reddish enjoyed a strong stretch of play prior to the suspension of the NBA season on Mar. 11. Over his final 10 games, Reddish averaged 16.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.6 blocks, while shooting 50 percent from the field and 38.9 percent from three. Against the Wizards on Mar. 6, he went for 28 points in 29 minutes, hitting 11 of 17 field goals and draining five three-pointers. In a win over Brooklyn on Feb. 28, Reddish posted 26 points (9-14 FG) and four rebounds.
