Wizards Defeat Bucks, 113-106
The Washington Wizards defeated the visiting Milwaukee Bucks, 113-106, at Capital One Arena.

While Milwaukee was the heavy favorite headed into this game, Washington was able to prevail. A 40-26 first quarter really set the tone, as the Wizards held the lead for the final three quarters. Three-point shooting was key for Washington, as they hit 18-of-33 while Milwaukee connected on 13-of-40. All of the other statistics were nearly even.

The Bucks (29-12) had to play this game without Giannis Antetokounmpo, as this may go down as their worst loss of the season. Khris Middleton led the way in his absence, as he tallied 25 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Eric Bledsoe accrued 18 points, eight rebounds, nine assists and three steals. Malcolm Brogdon finished with 15 points, six rebounds and eight assists.

The Wizards (18-25) were led by Bradley Beal, as he accumulated 32 points, five rebounds, seven assists and three steals. Trevor Ariza amassed 20 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals. Tomas Satoransky recorded the first triple-double of his career, as he accumulated 18 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists.

Both teams return to action on Sunday, with Washington playing host to the Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee traveling to face the struggling Atlanta Hawks.
