Weekly Pitcher Rankings: Just Another Marathon Monday

Weekly Pitcher Rankings: Just Another Marathon Monday

This article is part of our Weekly Pitcher Rankings series.

It's the week dreaded most by West Coasters as the week's top-ranked pitcher, Lucas Giolito,  squares off with Nathan Eovaldi in the annual Patriots' Day game on Monday. Boston will again be wearing its yellow and blue, "City Connect" uniforms, designed using the color scheme of the Boston Marathon.

Weather has wreaked havoc with the schedule, though it appears to be settling over the weekend. Even so, there will not doubt be changes, so be sure to pop on back Sunday night for the refresh.

For the week of April 19-25.
