Weekly Hitter Rankings: Capitol Offense

This article is part of our Weekly Hitter Rankings series.

The Nationals might not be able to defend their 2019 World Series championship, but they'll have a say in many fantasy outcomes with eight games, all at home, including a four-game set to end the season with the suspect Mets rotation.

The Giants, Brewers, Cardinals and Rockies have eight contests this week. Milwaukee and San Francisco are home for seven while the Rockies are on the road for all eight.

There's a good chance the Cardinals and Tigers will meet on Monday, Sept, 28, to make up two games they were unable to wedge into the regular season. These will only be played if the playoffs are on the line. Heading into the weekend, St. Louis is tied with San Francisco and Cincinnati for the last two NL playoff berths.

Platoon gurus note the Athletics are slated to face five southpaws while the Brewers have seven right-handers on tap.

For the week of Sept. 21-27
