Cleared for full practice
Stone (lower leg) is cleared for full practice, Jacob Richman of LoneStarLive.com reports.
ANALYSIS
After partial participation in much of SMU's spring practice, Stone essentially got cleared last week and fully participated in the Mustangs' practice on Tuesday, their last before a spring matchup on Friday. While there is still an expectation that Stone will be a healthy scratch for the spring game, considering his recent recovery from a broken fibula, he looks to be ready to go for the summer and beyond. That is welcoming news for Stone and SMU, who benefited from his 3,197 passing yards and 30-plus touchdowns during the 2023 season.
