Pitcher
Garrett Richards, LAA at CWS ($43): Richards has been terrific since returning from a right biceps injury he suffered in April, allowing just five runs (four earned) over 24 innings. He has logged a 5.3 RAA with his fastball over that span while notching a 13 percent swinging strike rate. The White Sox will enter into the contest sporting a bottom 10 RAA against the heater. They have struck out against right-handed pitching at a 23.6 percent clip.
Sean Newcomb, ATL at NYM ($33): Newcomb has thrown the ball well away from SunTrust Park this season, logging a 3.66 ERA while allowing just a .388 slugging percentage over 32 innings. The left-hander has had trouble with the free pass this season but that shouldn't be an issue against the Mets, who have walked just 7.4 percent of the time against lefties while registering a 24.1 percent strikeout rate.

Catcher
Yan Gomes, CLE vs. MIN ($10): Gomes has showcased tremendous power against lefties this season, logging a .267 ISO over 105 at-bats. Opposition starter Adalberto Mejia hasn't thrown more than 5.1 innings in a start since July 8 and holds a 5.30 xFIP against righty hitters through 78.2 frames.
First Base
Justin Smoak, TOR at BOS ($15): Smoak has struggled in September but it's hard to look past him against Rick Porcello, who has logged a -13.1 RAA with his fastball while allowing a .521 slugging percentage to left-handed hitters. Smoak has notched a 16.0 RAA against the heater to go along with a .267 ISO against right-handed pitching this season.
Second Base
Starlin Castro, NYY vs. TB ($10): Matt Andriese has kept a reverse platoon split this season, surrendering a .562 slugging percentage against righties. He has also logged a 5.60 ERA over 35.1 innings on the road. Castro has been productive at Yankee Stadium in 2017, logging a .194 ISO and a .376 wOBA in 201 at-bats.
Third Base
Mike Moustakas, KC vs. DET ($13): Opposition starter Jordan Zimmermann has allowed a .555 slugging percentage and a .383 wOBA to left-handed hitters over 76.2 innings this season. This bodes well for Moustakas, who has notched a .272 ISO against righty pitchers in 397 at-bats.
Shortstop
Jose Reyes, NYM vs. ATL ($21): Reyes has put on an uncharacteristic display of power against lefties this season, notching a .235 ISO over 115 at-bats. We talked about Newcomb's control problems above (41 walks to right-handed batters in 67.1 innings), which have contributed to a 4.80 xFIP.
Outfield
Ryan Braun, MIL vs. CIN ($19): Homer Bailey has had a rough go of it in 2017, as evidenced by the 6.96 ERA he has kept over 84 innings. The 31-year-old has had an especially difficult time with same-handed hitters, who have tallied a .560 slugging percentage and a .412 wOBA against him. Braun has notched a .215 ISO and a 38 percent hard contact rate against righties over 275 at-bats.
Dexter Fowler, STL vs. CHC ($20): Fowler has produced a robust 22.8 RAA against the fastball this season, while opposition starter John Lackey's heater has registered a -13.3 RAA. It is also worth noting that Lackey has surrendered 20 homers to left-handed hitters over just 77 innings.
Scott Schebler, CIN at MIL ($14): Schebler's big power makes him a perfect value outfielder, as he has notched a .272 ISO and a 41.2 percent hard contact rate against righties over 331 at-bats. Brandon Woodruff has thrown the ball well on the road but has tallied a 5.16 ERA over 22.2 innings at home.
